National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS)

As you know, National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS), permits electronically tender and appeals, evaluation, award, conclusion and execution of all Public Procurement including additional processes such as online order, electronic invoicing and electronic payment.

According to. 4155/2013 (GG 120 A), the ESIDIS necessarily used for works contracts (supply, services, studies and projects) with maximum budget of 60.000 €, while for the participation of the companies in the electronic tender process it is obligatory to have a digital signature of hard storage (in ADDY).

Our services

In order for the Economic Operators (suppliers) be able to submit their bid electronically, they must first register as users in the National Electronic Public Procurement System, by submitting the application for Registration of Economic Operator on the web portal (portal) of ESIDIS.

The use of the system by the Contracting Authorities and the Economic Operators (public suppliers) is carried out using a digital signature issued by a certified Authority ("HERMES" portal). The digital signature must be hard to store, that is, to be created through a Secure Signature Creation Device (USB Token). In this context we provide:
